Star Racing and customer Sammy Bonner's bike are featured in the September/October 2011 edition of Motorcycle Bagger magazine. Bonner came to Star to get a complete upgrade for his 2004 Road Glide and the result was a phenomenal 206 hp and a torque curve of 180 ft-lbs.
In the article, Motorcycle Bagger refers to Star Racing as "the de facto epicenter of the motorcycle Pro Stock universe." The article goes on to say, "Over the years, some six NHRA National Championships have been grabbed by the Star Racing team. It has won 78 NHRA national events out of 149 final rounds of competition (and it has done it in every way possible - as a rider, owner, or crew chief). Today Star Racing is a leading motorcycle racing and R&D facility, with engine building, machine shop services, four dynamometers, a Spintron, and CNC-machining centers.
