The Star M28 is a dual-profile performance camshaft purpose-built for the Milwaukee-Eight Gen II platform. With .540 lift and an intake closing point of 28° ABDC, the M28 delivers a broader, more aggressive power curve than the 30/30 — making it the ideal choice for riders looking to push their build further. The dual-lobe design puts low-RPM torque on the intake side and top-end power on the exhaust side, covering the full range of real-world riding demands. Expect an aggressive, unmistakable lope at idle that leaves no doubt about what's under the covers.
High performance Lifter Guides are required. Star Gold Lifter Guides (M8726LG) recommended.
Designed specifically for H-D M8 2024-2026 models. However, this cam can be installed in all Gen I models (2017-2023) but requires high performance valve springs. Star M8 Valve Spring Kit (640SK-2) is recommended.
