Star Racing's billet compensator handles the increased valvetrain load without the failure points engineered into the OEM unit. The high-performance spring kit is spec'd to accommodate the 3/4 Race's lift to keep the valvetrain controlled at elevated RPM. The billet lifter guides complete the package by holding tolerances under sustained heat and load that would compromise your standard plastic guides. This is the complete, protected foundation the 3/4 Race cam calls for.
